Why they chose Avid: McStain was using internal surveys, but looking for a platform that could provide a toolset to systematically capture customer data, view backend reporting, and manage their online reputation. They were also interested in Avid’s integration with their CRM, Lasso, and the Zillows Builder Ratings & Reviews feature, which is powered by Avid’s platform, AvidCX.

Why they chose Avid: Omega was using another survey program for internal purposes only to keep track of closing data, but they needed to ramp up their survey efforts with the growth of their company and chose Avid to ensure their initiative is successful.

Why they chose Avid: SR Homes also came to Avid from another survey solution because of the ease of using the Avid platform and ability to send automated reports. The Zillow feature was also a large factor in their decision to switch and their CFO, Mark Willis, worked with Avid at another homebuilder. They look forward to receiving better insight for internal and external purposes, including performance reviews to understand the areas they excel in and the areas they need to improve.
